You can return an item that you've purchased from KOOOT.com within 5 calendar days from receipt by calling +971 4 701 8600 to arrange pick-up. You’ll then receive buying credit on your KOOOT.com account.
Please note that returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Items marked as non-returnable, including but not limited to lingerie, earrings, and swimwear, will not be considered for return.
- The item must have been delivered within 5 calendar days.
- The item must not be damaged. If an item is found to be damaged after return, the customer will not receive buying credit.
- The item must have any and all tags on and must be returned with its original packaging.
- The customer receives the price of the item as positive balance on their account. The customer is not compensated for shipping cost. The credit balance is valid for 6 months.
In case of a product return or decline of receipt upon delivery, the above return policy applies.

You don’t need a PO Box to order on KOOOT. All you need is a home or office address where you can receive the item.
